Seminar for CSOs: How changes in taxation affect the provision of social services

In 2025, non-governmental social service providers will be eligible to apply for VAT exemption – a significant innovation that impacts budgeting, accounting, and the service delivery model. What exactly is changing? What processes should we be prepared for? What risks and new opportunities arise for CSOs?

These are the questions that will be addressed at a seminar for representatives of civil society organizations in the Kyiv region: "VAT exemption for non-governmental social service providers: legal, tax, and practical aspects".

Speaker: Yulia Panura – expert on taxation of CSOs and charitable activities at the Ukrainian Center for Independent Political Research.

  • Accounting and legal aspects of VAT exemption
