The Ukrainian Center for Independent Political Research (UCIPR) invites you to join the webinar "Financial Sustainability of CSOs: How to Apply VAT Exemption for Social Services."
In 2026, non-governmental social service providers gained the opportunity to apply for VAT exemption. This is a significant legislative innovation that impacts financial planning, accounting, and the model of social service delivery for civil society and charitable organizations.
At the same time, VAT exemption is not automatic. To apply it, one must understand the legal requirements, procedures, and practical steps an organization must follow.
How to start working in the social service sector and avoid risks? What processes should you be prepared for? Answers to these questions will be provided during the webinar "Financial Sustainability of CSOs: How to Apply VAT Exemption for Social Services."
